Per reports, the little boy, later identified as Jeremy, spent more than 60 days in coma fighting for his life after his nehgbor broke into his home and attacked him with a bat.
According to Jeremy’s father, Arturo, his son was hit in the back of his head and his 39-year-old neighbor shattered the back of his skuII into pieces.
The 39-year-old neighbor, later identified as Daniel, was taken into custody and later charged with multiple charges, including: aggravated assault with a weapon causing serious bodily injury and intentional injury to a child resulting in serious bodily injury. Read the full story here ▶
