Widow Faces $2K A Day In Fines, Then Sees Strangers Outside Changing Her Property

Agnes, age 90, was in desperate need of help. Agnes’ relatives had been using her home as a dump, and her property was in shambles. The city got complaints from neighbors and threatened to charge Agnes with fines up to $2,500 per day if she didn’t clean it up! Can you imagine?
