A woman named Erika Burch was shopping at a local WalMart outlet located in Cleveland, Texas, when she saw a man dragging a young lass by her hair, along with his shopping cart!
Turns out that the man was actually the girl’s father.
And he was punishing his daughter!
Erika tried to get him to stop, but he told her to mind her own business – similar incidents were also reported in the Cleveland outlet, and staff are well-aware of it.
However, the man cannot be convicted unless there is evidence showing bodily abuse done to the child.
Parental discipline should never be so harsh, cold and violent – children should have a happy childhood.
