According to the police officials, the 24-year-old mother, Angel, and the 31-year-old father, Chevy, reportedly starved their baby to dead. Police officials took both parents into custody and later charged them with second-degree murder, neglect, and child abuse.
According to police, the parents also neglected their 1-year-old son so severely, doctors were surprised how the child managed to survive.
