A principal of a Florida elementary school faces criminal charges after she spanked a crying six-year-old girl with a paddle while her confused mother watched.
The little girl was accused of causing about $50 worth of damage to the school’s computers, and her mother arrived at Central Elementary in Clewiston, FL, to pay the expense. However, Principal Melissa Carter (pictured below) wanted to make sure the little girl never broke a school computer again, so she took out the paddle and started beating the little girl.
