Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán promoted peace negotiations between Russia and the United States when he was in Berlin and suggested former US President Donald Trump as a qualified mediator.
“Maybe this will sound brutal to many, but the hope for peace is called Donald Trump,” Orbán said at the German magazine Cicero’s discussion on the global political situation.
Orban believes that the current American President Joe Biden, due to his verbal attacks on Russian President Vladimir Putin, is not a suitable person for negotiations on the American side. Read the full story here ▶
