According to the court documents, the 34-year-old mom, Katie, pleaded guilty to chronic neglect of a child resulting in emotional damage and false imprisonment after she was arrested earlier this year for neglecting her two children. The mother is now facing a maximum of 36 years in prison.
Prosecutors say the defendant endangered the physical, mental, and emotional health of her two children (7 and 9 years old) for almost a year. Per reports, both children lived with the smeII of ur-ne and f-ces on a daily basis and were never bathed.
