Police officials said the 21-year-old mom, later identified as Macie, reportedly knew her 2-year-old daughter consumed multiple prescription medications and was displayed symptoms of overdosage.
Instead driving the child to hospital for help, she drove her daughter to a rural area and prevented her from receiving emergency medical aid for multiple hours.
