Mom Gives Birth To Healthy 2-Headed Baby, But Ends In Tragedy When They Ignore Doctor’s Directions

In India, 2 in 100 babies born have birth defects according to The Indian Express. Dr. Anita Kar from the University of Pune said that heart defects are the most common birth abnormality. In June, a two-headed baby boy was born in at Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College in India.
