Police officials said the 47-year-old man, later identified as Christian, was taken into custody and later charged with falsely reporting an emergency incident after he reportedly called 911 to repeatedly scream and claim he was attacked by bears.
But, in reality, the man wanted to get out of the woods but didn’t want to do it by himself! Christian reportedly called 911 and told the dispatcher that he was injured and stuck on a sharp terrain.
Shortly after, the 47-year-old man told the dispatcher that he was attacked by a bear. Christian then told the dispatcher that he walked for days and his phone was about to die. He then told the dispatchers that was very near death. Read the full story here ▶
