A man was arrested for smearing feces on a woman’s face. According to police, the offender laughed and said, “Sh*t happens, haha.”
However, once he got to Riker’s Island, one inmate delivered “prison justice” and gave the man’s face a “permanent makeover” that he will have for the rest of his life.
