According to the court documents, the father, Frederick, filed a lawsuit against a school district after they reportedly adopted a policy that doesn’t notify parents when a student identifies as trans and changes their name or preferred pronoun.
The father, who was 3 children in the same school district, says that he does not agree with their policy.
“I don’t agree with the policy. To me, it’s so out of whack that a parent doesn’t have the right to know what’s going on in their child’s life. I just want to know,” Frederick reportedly said. Read the full story here ▶
