According to the court documents, all four defendants, 66-year-old Mark, 36-year-old Joseph, 37-year-old Jonathan and 29-year-old Jordan, were found found guilty on charges of conspiracy to defraud the United States for distributing the unapproved and toxic drug.
Prosecutors said that Jonathan and Jordan were also previously found guilty of contempt of court and each was sentenced to a total of 151 months in prison. Mark and Joseph were sentenced to 5 years in prison. The family made more than $1 million from selling the product.
