For a Texas family, a day planned for joy and excitement is now shrouded with pain and sorrow. Adam Tobias, 35, was celebrating his daughter’s high school graduation when he was allegedly gunned down on the front steps of a Houston home last week.
The accused shooter, Phillip Arning, is reportedly the estranged boyfriend of Tobias’ former partner and mother of the graduate.
Tobias, a father of six, got together with his loved ones on May 25 to celebrate daughter Destiny’s high school graduation. Sadly, the celebration ended in tragedy, with the graduate reportedly holding onto her father’s body, wondering why he was taken from her so soon.
