Incredible footage shows the moment cops rescued ‘six severely abused children’, including two young boys, aged nine and 11, from ‘the worst’ case of child abuse they’d ever seen.
Upon entering an apartment, officers were horrified to find one child with two black eyes swollen shut, along with numerous marks and bruises all over his emaciated body.
