“Make America great again, again!” sounds like a much better chant than the recent “F*ck Joe Biden” chants we’ve been hearing across the country.
According to a recent survey by Yahoo! News/YouGov, a majority of Republicans want to see former President Trump as the 2024 GOP nominee.
The survey asked: “Would you rather see Trump or someone else as the Republican nominee in 2024?”
55 percent of voters said they would like to see Trump as the nominee. 27 percent said someone else, and 18 percent answered that they are unsure.
“The survey also presented a list of potential GOP primary candidates,” according to Breitbart News.
“41 percent, said Trump, followed by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R), who garnered 18 percent support. No other candidate saw double digit support. Former Vice President Mike Pence came in third place with five percent support, followed by former U.S. ambassador to the U.N. Nikki Haley, who saw four percent. Eighteen percent said they remain unsure,” Breitbart News reported.
According to Mark Meadows, former North Carolina congressman who served as White House chief of staff to the former president said, “I don’t speak for President Trump, but I do speak to him all the time, and I can tell you if I were a betting man, I would bet, I would go all in on the fact that he’s going to run.”
