Even though it is just as amazing, taking care of a child with special needs can be a bigger challenge than than taking care of one without.
For a parent, the second you learn that your child has some sort of disability or difficulty, it will not totally change your world but it will force you to take things into consideration that you normally wouldn’t, for example, say, ‘what could happen to them when I’m not around?’
