A Midland man has taken responsibility for the death of his 20-month-old daughter last fall by pleading guilty Thursday to charges of second-degree homicide and second-degree child abuse.
Zachary Quinn Bieski, 25, first was charged with first-degree homicide, first-degree child abuse and second-degree homicide in the death of Delilah Quinn Bieski.
