While passing through Hopewell, Virginia, a woman saw a cop on the side of the road in the pouring rain. She immediately hit the brakes when she noticed what he was holding, along with what was next to him, and she was floored by the scene that she won’t soon be able to forget.
Despite being completely caught off guard by the sight, the first thing Deana McNew thought to do was snap a picture so she could let his department know what one of their officers was doing on the job.
