Peach and Lily Glass Skin Serum Review

I would be lying if I said I don’t want smooth, glowing skin reminiscent of perfectly glazed donuts – and Peach and Lily Glass Skin Refining Serum is here to make it possible. As a person with inherently cloudy, textured skin (read: bumps and enlarged pores), I’m always looking for products that make my skin look lighter and smoother.

However, I also have very sensitive skin, which makes it even harder to find the right products. Fortunately, this serum K-beauty brand Peach and Lily do the trick to producing “glass skin,” but without the usual redness and irritation I’m usually prone to. (If you are not familiar yet: Glassy skin is a term first used in South Korea and was used to describe skin so bright that it can be modeled on glass.)

I found it first Glass Skin Refining Serum on – you guessed it –TikTok; I was intrigued by almost complete reviews from authors like @roxettearisa, @rudiberryand @ dr.zionko. Admittedly, I didn’t have exceptionally high hopes or heavenly high expectations for this serum because I’m pretty skeptical about skin care products that claim they sound too good to be true – and glass skin is one of them. But I am the first to admit that I was wrong in underestimating the power this serum.

Before diving deeper, you should call out the innovative composition of the serum, which contains a selection of effective skin care ingredients – think hyaluronic acid for on-site filling, niacinamide brightens and smoothes peptides that increase collagen over time, and vitamin-rich peach extract. Result? A gentle yet effective composition that moisturizes, illuminates and soothes even the most sensitive skin types.

After double cleansing my face, I went in with two pumps of serum, forming a light layer on my face. And instead of leaving a sticky, greasy, or sticky residue, it melted into my skin in literally seconds, leaving me a subtle baptism. Despite the aqueous composition of the serum, its composition was more reminiscent of a light gel. Finally, to complete my routine, I clicked on some of my favorites SPF moisturizer to lock in moisture, which only increased the brightness of my skin.

Even if I had gone without makeup, I wanted to test how the serum would layer below basis, bronze, blush, and a highlighter – though you can probably skip the latter unless you look for extra radiation. After the makeup, I was pleasantly surprised that there were no pimples in the products.

Also, since the serum is gentle enough to be used twice a day, I included it in my night time as well skin care routines. I liked how visibly full and soft my skin felt before I climbed into bed – and even better, there was no residue left on my skin. pillowcase. As an added bonus, the serum is fragrance-free – which is no surprise, it is great for my sensitive skin. In addition, it is safe for all skin types. With such results, it’s not hard to see why it has become an overwhelming favorite.

(PS The product on the right is a Convenience store product – you don’t have to leave Glamor do shopping.)
