According to the court documents, the 39-year-old suspect, later identified as Bradley, was taken into custody and later charged with capital murder after he killed his pregnant ex-girlfriend, Treasure.
He is also facing a fleeing and eluding charge after he attempted to evade capture. Bradley was released from federal prison in June 2023, after serving 14 years of a 16-year sentence for weapons charges and manslaughter in the 2008 shooting death of his girlfriend Crystal.
