The recent results of the autopsy show that the baby who was found dead earlier this year at his car seat died as a result of starvation and dehydration. The mother of the baby, who was also found dead at her home next to the baby, died as a result of a drug overdose the autopsy revealed.
Both of the victims were found at their home in February. The mother was identified by police as 32-year-old Tiffany S. and the baby boy who was only 1-year old was identified as Nicholas.
Deputies responded at the scene when they received a call from a probation officer who made a home visit. Police reports revealed that the officer asked for an immediate medical emergency just minutes after she arrived there. Read the full article here ▶
