3 lottery talents the Golden State Warriors must consider drafting

There’s no denying this has been a tough season for the Golden State Warriors. While they’re still well inside contention for the play-in game, the Dubs should still have a lottery pick somehow, someway in the upcoming draft.

Remembering that the Warriors brought in the Timberwolves’ top-3 protected first-round pick is crucial as well as that’s their second avenue if their pick falls outside the top 14, which it easily could.

The Golden State Warriors will more than likely have one if not two lottery picks, so they might as well start scouting that tier of prospects.

In the last several seasons, the Warriors have brought in talent at almost every positional group outside of small forward.

They added point guard and shooting guard in the last few seasons with Nico Mannion and Jordan Poole. Eric Paschall and James Wiseman are the two main frontcourt talents that have been recently added.

The Dubs did use a first-round pick on Jacob Evans, but he’s no longer with the team. That said, Golden State will have a plethora of prospects, and with that in mind, let’s dive into three that they should consider in the 2021 draft.
