Mother Of Seven With Parkinson’s Disease Finds Disturbing Note On Her Car After Parking In Handicap Space

Stacie Barlow is a 43 year-old mother of seven who also suffers from Parkinson’s disease. Last week, something disturbing happened to Stacie when she parked in a handicap space at her local Walmart in Levittown, Pennsylvania.

When Stacie returned to her car with her 7 year-old daughter, she was stunned to find a nasty note written on a napkin. The shocking note read, “You are not disabled PIG!”
