It might be a bit intimidating to manage the grownup tasks of full-time employment as a teenager with your first job. When this youngster discovered she would have to help a mother in labor during her shift, she quickly learned she was in for a lot more than she bargained for.

Natalie, an 18-year-old kid, started working as a lifeguard at such a young age because she was more responsible than most of her colleagues. She was fully aware that she was in charge of ensuring that everyone at the pool was safe while she was at work.
