There are many dangers that lurk on the roads. Motorcyclists have to pay particular attention to their safety because contrary to car drivers or passengers, in the case of an accident, they don’t have any airbags, seat belts or “crumple zones” to help protect them. The terrible incident in this video should serve as a deterrent to all careless motorcyclists.

Not only does the motorcyclist run a red light, but neither he nor the woman traveling with him are wearing the right protective gear. The car driver had zero chance of avoiding the collision. You can only hope that all involved parties take this accident as a lesson and that the victims realize that their lives were fortunate to be saved in this instance.
